/* THE SHARED COMPONENT SHEET. Everything reused on more than one page lives
   in css/custom.css (Peutz, 10 Sep 2026) — there is no per-component sheet.

EVERY @import HERE CARRIES A STAMP, AND THE NUMBER IS THE FILE'S mtime.
An @import URL is fixed text, and these sheets are served with no
   Cache-Control at all — only Last-Modified — so a browser applies HEURISTIC
caching: it invents a freshness window of roughly 10% of the file's age and
does not ask the server again until it closes. A sheet edited an hour ago is
held for six minutes; one edited yesterday is held for hours.

That is the bug behind "it updated, then on the next reload it was gone"
(24 Sep 2026): the page's own sheet is stamped with filemtime and always
arrives fresh, while these shared ones came from cache, so a new design
rendered against old shared rules — which reads as broken rather than old.

custom/css/custom.css and css/mobile.css were imported with NO stamp until
that day; they are stamped now. tests/asset_stamps.php fails if any number
here drifts from its file, so this is no longer something to remember.
The real cure is a Cache-Control header on static assets — see
   .brain/modules/public-pages-and-routing.md. */
