How we count
A number you can trust
From each clinic's own recordsEvery figure is copied from the clinic's register by its team, never from memory or a guess.
Babies, not pregnanciesWe count babies born. Twins count as two, and a pregnancy is not counted until the baby arrives.- Counted to the monthEach year says how far it is counted, so a year still running is never rounded up.
