Some questions do not fit neatly into a booking. You might want to know whether a clinic near you offers a certain treatment, how long IVF takes from start to finish, or what a word in your report means. Ask us, however small it feels. You do not need a diagnosis or a plan before you write to us.
Your message goes to a coordinator on our team, who either answers it straight away or checks with the right specialist first. You will usually hear back the same working day, by phone, email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.
If it turns out you would benefit from a consultation, we will suggest one. If not, you simply get your answer, with nothing to sign up for.

01 How quickly will someone reply?
Usually the same working day, and by the next morning for anything sent late at night or on a Sunday. If it is urgent, please call us.
02 What happens to the details I send?
They are read by a coordinator and used only to answer you. They are never sold or added to a marketing list, and they are not shared with any clinic until you tell us which one you would like to talk to.
03 Can I ask about clinics in other countries?
Yes. Our partner clinics are in India and Kenya, and reports can be reviewed remotely, so you can get answers before you travel.
04 Can I talk to someone instead of writing?

05 Can I ask a medical question here?
Yes. A coordinator will check with a specialist before answering. For anything that needs an examination or a detailed look at your reports, we will suggest a consultation.

Doctors can apply on our join as a doctor page. Clinics, hospitals and laboratories can write to us here, and the right person on our team will get back to you.
