How booking with us works
Most people who write to us are not sure which kind of specialist they need, and that is completely normal. Fertility problems rarely arrive with a label. So instead of asking you to pick from a long list of doctors, we ask you to tell us what is happening in your own words.
A coordinator reads your message and any reports you attach, then matches you with a clinic and a specialist in our network who treats exactly this. You hear back from a person, usually the same working day, with one recommendation and the reason we chose it.
Nothing is booked until you are happy with the doctor, the time and the fee. If an online first conversation makes more sense for you, or a second opinion on a plan you already have, we will tell you that too.

01 How quickly can I get an appointment?
It depends on the clinic and the doctor, but we reply to your message the same working day and offer you the earliest times that suit you. If something feels urgent, call us and a person will pick up.
02 Do I need a referral from another doctor?
No. You can book directly with us. If you already have a referral letter, attach it and we will pass it on to the specialist.
03 Can I choose which doctor I see?
Yes. If you have a doctor in mind, mention their name in your message. If not, we will recommend one and explain why, and you can always ask for someone else.
04 Can my partner come to the appointment?
Of course. Fertility is often something you go through together, and many specialists prefer to meet both partners at the first visit.
05 What if I am not sure which kind of doctor I need?
That is exactly what we are here for. Tell us what is happening in your own words and a coordinator will work out whether you need a fertility specialist, a gynaecologist, an andrologist or someone else.
06 How much does a specialist consultation cost?
Consultation fees are set by each clinic and doctor. We tell you the fee before anything is booked, so there are no surprises on the day.
07 Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Reply to our message or call us and we will move it or cancel it for you. We only ask that you tell us as early as you can, so someone else can have the slot.
