The count begins with the first appointment booked.

- Every appointment bookedIn person, by video or by phone, at any of our clinics, the moment it is booked.
Cancelled ones are left outA booking cancelled is not counted, and a moved appointment counts once, not twice.
Earlier years from recordsPatients served before online booking come from each clinic's register, with the year and source.
Nothing estimatedNo rounding up and no projections: the figure is what has been counted.
